Metronome Ultra Privacy Policy

Overview

Metronome Ultra is provided by Haikuo Sun. This policy describes the data practices of the current version based on its implemented features.

On-Device Practice Data

Practice records, goals, metronome settings, themes, and the selected language are stored on the device for statistics and personalization.

iCloud Setlist Synchronization

Apple's iCloud Key-Value Store synchronizes your setlists, per-song practice settings, practice records, and goals. A setlist can include a random sheet music download address and deletion credential; the sheet music file itself is not stored in iCloud. The developer cannot access your iCloud content.

Private Sheet Music Service

PDF or image files that you select are uploaded over HTTPS to gamemeister.asia. The service also processes the file name, type and size, a random device identifier, a song identifier, and the upload time. Files are stored at random addresses without a directory, search, or in-app sharing feature. Devices with the random address can retrieve the file, and newly uploaded files can be removed with their deletion credential.

Service Logs

The attachment service processes connection IP addresses, request times, and request results for operations, security, and troubleshooting. This information is not used for advertising, cross-app tracking, or profiling.

Camera Flash

When you enable flash beat cues, the app only controls the device torch to provide a visual rhythm cue. It does not capture, save, or upload photos or video.

Home Screen Widgets

The app and its widgets share the practice summary and metronome status required for widget display through an on-device App Group.

Subscriptions and Purchases

The current version does not include subscriptions or in-app purchases.

Data We Do Not Collect

The current version requires no registration or login and includes no advertising, third-party analytics SDK, tracking, or profiling. Apart from sheet music attachments that you choose to upload and technical information required to operate the attachment service, the app does not send practice data to the developer's server.
